Justice and Soul's Cosmetology Apprenticeship Program

Join Us to Learn About Our Salon (Cosmetology) Apprenticeship Program!

We’re excited to invite local nonprofit partners to a Zoom presentation on Wednesday, March 12th at 10 AM to learn about our apprenticeship program and how we can work together!

At Justice and Soul, our mission is to empower people who have experienced or are at risk for commercial sexual exploitation, helping them build confidence and self-sufficiency through professional salon training. Our program not only provides valuable skills but also pays students a wage while they train—at no cost to them or you!

We’ve successfully launched this program in Cambodia, and now we’re bringing it to Washington State! Unlike our Cambodia model, we won’t have our own school here but will instead partner with local salons that are trained in trauma-informed care to provide apprenticeship opportunities. Justice and Soul will pay the cost of the training program and also assist with job placement after completion.

We’d love for you and your team to join us for this Zoom session to learn more and ask any questions.

Please feel free to share this with any colleagues who might be interested—we can’t wait to connect with you!
