Join us for Bridging Voices: A Two-Part Virtual Workshop on Restorative Justice and Victim-Offender Dialogue. Both workshops are free to attend, but registration is required.

Part One: Restorative Justice

June 11, 2024 2:30-4:30 PM PST 

Part one is a presentation on Restorative Justice by Tiffany Krusey, the Victim Services Coordinator for Lynnwood Police Department. In this workshop, Tiffany will explain in-depth what restorative justice is, how it is implemented, and why it is a vital part of the criminal justice world.

Part Two: Victim-Offender Dialogue

June 27, 2024 3:00-5:00 PM PST

Part two of this workshop is a presentation on Victim Offender Dialogues (VOD’s) by Stanley Phillips, the Facilitated Communication Coordinator for the Washington State Department of Corrections. Stanley will break down this new program and thoroughly detail what exactly VOD’s are. He will explain how they are utilized by the Department of Corrections to facilitate deep healing between a victim and an offender. 

Attendance is not required at both workshops if you choose to only register for one or the other. If you choose to attend both, you must register for each one separately.
