Webinar Description
This workshop will explore stereotypes, implicit bias, microaggressions, and intersectionality — recognizing that identifying these concepts and behaviors is the first step to eliminating them. Bias is a form of discrimination that can occur on a personal or institutional level, and can lead to “othering” people. If we want our courts to be inclusive, we must understand the subtle and not-so-subtle ways we discriminate consciously and unconsciously.
