Responding to Commercialized Violence against Male Youth

This free training will equip attendees with practical strategies to prevent and intervene in commercial labor and / or sexual exploitation of male-identifying minors. The facilitator will provide a snapshot of prevalence research, as well as describe risk and vulnerability, various dynamics of minor male exploitation, strategies for engagement, and recommendations for trauma-informed, person-centered, culturally responsive treatment and support. This training follows the CDC's public health approach to preventing violence. Certificates of attendance provided.
