Overview: Continued Presence (CP) is a temporary immigration designation that allows trafficking victims to lawfully remain in the U.S. temporarily and work during the investigation into the human trafficking-related crimes committed against them. This webinar will focus on what CP is and who is eligible to make a request, who to contact to make a CP request, the CCHT Victim-Centered Approach, and CP applications in support of civil action.
