The Washington State Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIW/P) Task Force cordially invites you to attend its first annual Summit, co-hosted by the Puyallup Tribe. The Summit will provide a platform to highlight the hard-won successes of advocates addressing this crisis, and look forward to future opportunities to build on this progress.
The Summit will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday, December 14 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Family Talking Circle – Open to families & survivors only
Thursday, December 15 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Friday, December 16 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
The MMIWP Task Force will hold its December Quarterly Meeting following the conclusion of the summit on Friday, December 16th starting at 10:30 AM.
The Summit will be in-person at the Emerald Queen Casino Event Center in Tacoma, 2024 E 29th St, Tacoma, WA 98404.
