 Rights4Girls and World Without Exploitation cordially invite you to join us for a Congressional briefing on Sex Trafficking and the Sex Trade: Understanding the Impact of Race, Gender, and Income Inequality. The briefing will highlight the intersections between the commercial sex industry and sex trafficking, trace the origins of the sex trade in the U.S., examine various legal approaches to address sexual exploitation, and elevate survivor perspectives on policy change. Survivor leaders and other experts will also discuss current efforts to reauthorize and strengthen the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, as well as other key legislation designed to decriminalize and support survivors of sex trafficking.
