WHAT:             WEBINAR: Filing Protection Orders - COVID-19 Updates

DESCRIPTION: Register to learn about the COVID-19 updates on the process for filing a protection order in King County, WA.

Colleen McIngalls, Program Manager of the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office Protection Order Advocacy Program, will walk participants through the steps of virtual filing through virtual attendance at hearings. There will also be information on use of the LegalAtoms App to file DV protection orders.

Sandra Shanahan, Program Manager of the King County Regional Firearms Enforcement Unit, will provide information on compliance of Orders to Surrender Weapons.

There will be time for Q & A. A recording of this webinar will be available to those who register.
