Peer Support Call on COVID-19: Resources for Coalitions, Safe Housing Providers, Victim Service Providers, and Advocates
Join members of the Domestic Violence and Housing Technical Assistance Consortium TA Team for an opportunity to ask questions, process issues, and provide mutual support on the impact of COVID-19 virus in safe housing programs. We will discuss strategies, legal implications, and national and local guidance around the virus. We will also address how to provide guidance to ensure survivor safety in all communities during this crisis, especially in the economically and racially diverse communities that are being hard hit by this crisis.
Intended audience: Domestic and/or sexual violence organizations, and homeless/housing organizations who work with domestic violence survivors
Presented by: Collaborative Solutions, the National Alliance for Safe Housing, the National Network to End Domestic Violence, the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence, the National Sexual Violence Resource Center, and Alicia Aiken of the Confidentiality Institute
