Supporting Trafficking Survivors Around the Holidays, Considerations for LGBTQIA+ Clients

Project TRUST invites you to join our December Community Call, Supporting Trafficking Survivors Around the Holidays, Considerations for LGBTQIA+ Clients. Engage with partner providers across the country to learn and discuss successes and opportunities in trauma-informed programming around the holidays. Though the holidays are a time of the year focused on celebration, for many of our clients it may be a time of financial stress, loneliness, and mixed memories. Making conscientious and inclusive programming, activities, and holiday specific procedures incredibly important.

This interactive video chat will be featuring Kathleen Thomas, Clinical Training Coordinator of Project LIFE. Project LIFE provides housing, behavioral health services, holiday specific programming, and other services out of San Diego, CA. Kathleen has been working with victim/survivors of sexual and relationship violence since 2010 and provides services to individuals of varied ages, genders, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds. She has worked with victims of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, childhood domestic violence, child sexual abuse, stalking, campus sexual assault, and human trafficking.

We are excited to see you on December 17th at 2 p.m. EST! (11 am PST)
